4.10.10 Pic theme: RAW out and about. Washington Crossing and Fairmont Park. Art Museum and Boathouse Row

Spring is in the air. Sunny skies, 70 degrees...what is this? San Diego?
(see you soon SD!)
These are a few random shots taken while out exploring. One from a recent hike with my girlfriend and two shot in Fairmont Park near the Art Museum while scouting portrait locations.
I know this image has been photographed 1,000 times, but doesn't this look really sharp?

Psst, don't tell anyone but these are metal sculptures.

So pretty.

2.20.10 Pic Theme: More Snow!

HOLY COW, how about these last few weeks?!!?
If you are on the east coast like me then you got a one, two, three punch of snow recently.
Here are a few more images captured while running around in the snow... ok, actually no running. More like trudging down River Drive and the Tow Path in the middle of the blizzard like an idiot! Of all the things I've ever wished for in my entire life these were shot on the day in which "Snow Shoes" first ever made their way into my top 5 things I wish I had!

My favorite

a close second for my favorite...

1/14/10 Pic theme: Goldwater Lake in Prescott Arizona

I think this is my favorite of the day

I have so many duck pictures I'm going to be known as the duck guy! I don't mind. They were my mom's favorite animal (next to cats) and I think of her every time I see one.

11.03.09 Daily Picture Post: Flow

I think it is physically impossible for a photographer to walk past running water and not take an
extended exposure shot! Well I am no exception and this isn't bad considering I was without
a tripod at the time.
